The Mewar Chamber of Commerce and Industry has sought to increase the date of filing of GST annual return GSTR-9, 9A, GST audit return 9C by 3 months rather than 30 September to 31 December 2020. A report was sent to the Union minister of finance, Finance Secretary, and other officials regarding this.
General Secretary RK Jain said that different types of annual returns are to be filed by September 30 under GST. But this year, the long lockdown brought down industries and trade. Business activities have started gradually after the permission of the govt, but the industry and trade are still not fully operational. Most employees in many places work from home
